Chaperone background check reminder

Parent Volunteer Background checks need to be completed EACH year.  This is a new procedure, so each parent who plans to volunteer or chaperone a field trip this year will need to stop in the school office and complete the form.  When approved, it will be valid for this year only.  Thank you in advance!

Permission Slips

Remember to bring in the signed field trip permission slip and the $3.00 cost for our Milwaukee Public Museum trip as soon as you can!
